Customer Support Engineer
We are looking for a dynamic CSE with a minimum of a CCNP (and ideally a CCVP) to join our team. This busy role will involve travelling to customer sites to carry out maintenance and installations as well as working in our Technical Assistance Centre. With a proven track record in a Cisco focussed environment and excellent customer service skills, the successful candidate will have the chance to progress their career and obtain additional qualifications for which we pay bonuses.
   
Account Manager - City Team
A tenacious and determined new business Account Manager is required for our London Office. Ideally you will have experience of selling Cisco solutions and excellent cold calling and "door opening" skills. Excellent earnings potential and uncapped OTE. 

Technical Sales Administrator
We are looking for a TSA to provide comprehensive Technical Administration support to Sales Teams.  Acting as the first point of contact for any technical administration queries and where possible deal with the customer's needs engaging with sales or pre-sales as required.  We are looking for an organised and technically focussed individual for this role.
 
TAC Supervisor  
Working in our Technical Assistance Centre we are looking for a highly organised individual who understands the importance of excellent Customer Service. This role will focus on supporting call groups and ensuring the correct resources are allocated to ensure a timely resolution to customer issues. You should have proven supervisory experience and a confident telephone manner and excellent skills in MS Office including Visio.
 
Project Engineer  - CCIE 
A CCIE accredited Project Engineer is required to join our engineering team to provide top level technical advice and support to both colleagues and customers. In a mainly field based role you will be required to carry out project work, installations and technical support work as well as support your colleagues on the TAC desk. Project Manager
We are looking for someone with a Prince 2 Practitioner qualification and a proven track record in managing complex projects who is looking to move their career forward in a growing and diversifying organisation. Data Centre Business Practice Manager  
We require a dynamic individual to head up our Data Centre Business Practice to drive our Data Centre business and support our sales teams. You will need in excess of 5 years industry experience and a proven track record in the DC market.
