(We have achieved Cisco's highly aclaimed Customer Satisfaction Excellence Award for each of the past three years, with a score this year of 4.77 out of 5, or 94.5%). ONI holds the following specifications: Advanced Unified Communications; Advanced Wireless LAN; Advanced Routing and Switching; Advanced Security.
ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is the standard against which the Quality Management System of a business is evaluated. It demonstrates the ability to provide a consistent standard of quality, and more importantly is a common-sense and practical method for improving procedures.
Cisco Certifications
ONI support engineers are qualified to official Cisco Standards. These qualifications range from a minimum of CCNA up to CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert level).
Support Accreditation
ONI engineers are CCNP qualified. We also have a number of MCSE qualified Engineers enabling us to deal with Microsoft related issues. Engineers also hold specialised IPT qualifications relating to Unity, CVOICE, CIPT and QoS. Additionally ONI engineers hold the PRINCE 2 standard of qualification, to ensure that the roll out of ONI projects is as smooth as possible for all of our customers.
Investors in People
The Investors in People standard gives organisations the framework to ensure that an organisations greatest asset: its staff are given the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently.
Organisations have to meet the same criteria as other organisations, but the Standard recognises that you will meet them in your own way. Investors in People recognises that organisations use different means to achieve success through their people.
Comms Business Awards 2007
ONI are proud to annouce that we were presented with the Convergence Solution Award, at the Comms Business Awards on 7th June 2007, for applications in the large category. ONI received this award in recognision of the work we undertook for Mitsui. ONI first formed a relationship with Mitsui when we were asked to facilitate an office move for them from the Old Bailey to King William Street in London. The move involved the installation of a Cisco IP telephony system and a Cisco LAN infrastructure. The operation expanded rapidly in scale from a single office relocation project into a multi site project covering a further twenty Mitsui sites in Europe.
