Network Management

ONIs Network Management solutions provide a comprehensive approach to monitoring, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and optimising communications networks. Our goal is to ensure that we;

  • Minimise any disruption to your network
  • Ensure all equipment and resources have been deployed and configured correctly
  • Monitor and report on availability and statistics such as quality of service (QoS)
  • Provide access auditing of your secure network equipment
  • Promote proactive fault finding

Using the latest diagnostic and management tools, ONI provide up to the minute information which our engineers analyse and make informed decisions.

Our proactive remote monitoring service identifies any issues and reports them to ONI's Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) so that the appropriate action can be taken for quick fault resolution. Alerts can be monitored from individual devices or from other Network Management platforms that may have been deployed such as Cisco's LMS or CUOM as well as tapping into Microsoft's embedded tools within the server estate.

ONI can also include utilisation and reporting which can be used proactively to flag when utilisation thresholds are met and allow for the appropriate action to be taken, such as circuit upgrades, before service is interrupted.
