DISCOVERING YOUR BUSINESS
Business Consultancy is usually driven out of the boardroom, we work with the relevant Management to work through their challenges and help to map a solution. Initially the discussions should lead to the capturing of the business requirements and gaining sponsorship to engage with the relevant areas of the business.
DEPARTMENTAL DISCOVERY
The departmental discovery starts by meeting with the key stakeholders for that area of the business to understand the actual details that pertain to the areas identified at C-level. ONI may need to carry out some technical discovery in line with improving the areas of the business that have been identified as key. The information collected by ONI will be taken away and formatted as part of a report and presentation back to the board.
SOLUTION WORKSHOPS
Depending on the type of engagement it may be possible that ONI will deliver solution workshops to a number of identified key stakeholders and solution users. This process allows ONI to take feedback and tailor any potential solution to confirm that all expectations will as a minimum be met.
DEFINITION OF REQUIREMENTS
ONI will prepare a report using the information gained in the consultancy process and this will then form a key part of the presentation back to the board.
PRESENTATION OF ROI AND TCO
We will present our findings from the consultancy piece back to the initial C-level panel, typically ONI will be presenting this in a high level summary format concentrating on delivering the ROI and TCO for any identified solution. At the end of this presentation the aim is to provide the customer enough information to either proceed down a chosen route or in some cases reject a certain direction and re-align to a more preferential route.
