There are times when the network is not operating as well as it should. Users are complaining about poor performance and try as you might, the problem cannot be found.
Using the latest analysis tools, an ONI consultant will carry out a health check on the network to provide trending information and ascertain where the problem lies. This will identify whether there are any bottlenecks on the network as well as indicating where the majority of traffic is being received.
With voice networks we investigate voice quality, QoS, and Codec levels, allowing us to provide valuable information on the stability of the network.
ONI will then produce a report with recommendations on how to improve the performance of the network, be it reconfiguration, software upgrades or hardware upgrades.
