ONI implements projects using PRINCE2 standards. This means that not only will your project be overseen by some of the most experienced project managers but will run to a well trusted and defined method.
Our experienced project managers are conversant with the requirements of complex installations and can lead the entire process from planning to implementation through to customer sign-off.
All ONI Engineers are manufacturer accredited in order to carry out the most complex installations, ensuring optimum performance of the solution.
Pre-Staging
If you choose to engage ONI's prestaging service as part of your contract, then your installation will be built, fully configured and tested at ONI, prior to installation. During this process you will be able to see how the build is proceeding at any time and also run any tests necessary for final acceptance.
Final acceptance can either take place at the pre-staging facility or can be agreed when installated on-site with application tests.
