To deliver a proactive and efficient maintenance service, ONI has invested heavily in the HEAT Help Desk support system. This system is used to log all support calls and keep a detailed inventory of all equipment located at customer site. The HEAT system significantly improves fault resolution times for each customer.
ONI has a range of contracts to suit your individual requirements. These on-site policies offer a best endeavour 2,4, or 8 hour response to rectify problems within the contract period and are available 24x7, 365 days a year.
In addition to the 2,4 and 8-Hour policies a 24-Hour Courier Replacement Contract is offered. This contract guarantees to deliver (and pick up) a replacement product by 09:00am the following morning, anywhere in Europe.
We also offer an extended hours service covering 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday with extended weekend cover for those business where this is necessary.
