ONI offers remote monitoring services for our customers via our NetManage and NetMonitor solutions that allow ONI to become a virtual extension of your Help Desk or IT Department. This allows us to monitor critical devices on the network, deal with issues, and liaise with third party suppliers where appropriate to report faults and manage fault escalation until completion.

A network management station located within ONI's helpdesk is linked to your network via an appropriate secure, fixed connection, accessible only to authorised personnel. Minor and major alarms are acted upon, whether the fault is due to a hardware, software circuit or human error.

NetManage service includes NetReport, which provides statistics on the percentage utilisation of all links that are being monitored. A senior support consultant will analyse this statistical information, run trend analysis and provide a detailed monthly report, including any network change recommendations.
