SIP SERVICES

Our SIP services replace or supplement existing analogue or digital telephony lines with an IP data connection allowing organisations to take advantage of the benefits of VOIP. Once connected, calls are handled in the same way but can now be routed over the Internet as well as the traditional telephone network. SIP Services are reliable, simple and most importantly cost effective to operate. WIDE AREA NETWORKS

ONI has a wealth of experience in designing, implementing and supporting Wide Area Network (WAN) solutions for organisations both in the public & private sectors ranging in size from 2 sites to over 450 sites. Our WAN services range from Point to Point circuits to a fully managed Quality of Service based MPLS network with flexible access methods to suit your needs. The ONI MPLS network provides a managed service using broadband tails together with private circuits and Ethernet circuits from every major network supplier.

CALLS AND LINES

Services range from analogue PSTN lines to ISDN channels and a set of call plans to suit your needs. Our customers benefit from incredibly cost effective call rates, on-line billing and reporting tools and are supported from our market leading Technical Assistance Centre to provide you with one of the most reliable and straightforward offerings on the market. Whether you have existing lines or require new, ONI will manage the process to help you make the change quickly and efficiently without any disruption to your business.

FIXED INTERNET AND BUSINESS BROADBAND

ONI’s Fixed Internet service offers highly reliable, secure and un-contended access specifically designed for our business customers. The service is delivered using either private circuit or Ethernet leased lines with Internet bandwidths ranging from 1Mbps to 10Gbps. With full UK coverage and access to over 600 points of presence, our service provides free static IP addresses and can be managed or unmanaged.
