Kevin is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of ONI, a highly experienced business leader with a drive for progress. His approach is one of imagination and flair with a natural ambition that leads him to strive for success and growth at every opportunity.
Having established a career in the technology sector, Kevin spent 8 years at Jaguar Communications before co-founding ONI in 1992 and leading the Sales operations for 26 years. The original objective for the business – to be recognised in the industry as being the best at what we do – still holds true today.

Kevin is passionate about how Cloud technology is transforming the way organisations do business, driving profitability and delivering enhanced end-user experiences.
A petrol-head at heart, Kevin is motorsport fan and has been racing classic cars for a number of years.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer for ONI, Richard has overall responsibility for finance, legal and HR operations. Richard is also ONI’s lead on Information Security and oversaw the certification of ONI under ISO27001 in 2014. He is committed to delivering a professional and efficient service to our customers, suppliers and employees alike.
Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG spending a total of 12 years with the global professional services firm. In total his career in finance spans 30 years in both blue-chip and private businesses, with experience in the technology, engineering, staffing and support services markets. Over the years, he has established a reputation as a valued sounding-board and business partner with proven expertise in financial control and change management as well as being an exceptional analytical thinker.
Richard has a dual responsibility to both customers and employees. He plays an important role in ensuring employee satisfaction; something that impacts directly on our customers’ experience.

When he’s not holding the purse strings for ONI, Richard is a keen cyclist and loves to hit the hills at the weekend.
Customer Experience Director
As ONI’s Customer Experience Director, Trevor is responsible for ensuring we always put the customer first and embodies the ideal of “going the extra mile” to ensure we deliver service excellence.
Trevor has over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, most of which has been spent in a systems integration or managed service environment. He joined ONI in 2012 and has been instrumental in the development of the majority of our Cloud service propositions.

Trevor has helped ONI establish an industry-leading consultancy division and is passionate about developing a working environment that encourages everyone to “give their best, every day”.
As Sales Director for ONI, Phil is responsible for client relationships and business development across the organisation. He joined the company in 2008 and leads a dedicated team of vertically-aligned sales professionals who are experts in their chosen fields.
Phil has almost three decades of experience in the IT industry, where he has held a variety of senior sales and sales management roles. He spent 16 years at BT and was Group Sales Manager for the BT indirect partner business before joining ONI.
Phil believes in building business partnerships that are based on a high degree of integrity and trust and always strives to exceed client expectations.
“At the end of the day, we must add value to our clients. We do this by fully understanding their challenges and delivering tailored solutions that help transform their organisation for the better”.
A keen rugby fan, Phil is helping to train the next generation of egg-chasers as he coaches a junior rugby team in his spare time.
Russell (Rusty) King,
Rusty takes a strategic role in assessing, developing and implementing technical solutions to deliver tangible business value across a range of services.
Having started his career as an apprentice with Marconi Instruments, Rusty has gathered a rounded and extensive technical and market view across over 30 years in the industry.
Rusty works with the technical teams to drive innovation and automation across solutions delivering business critical infrastructure. His passion for service excellence is demonstrated in the successful development of a number of architectures including, security, networking, data centre, collaboration and cloud services.
In a world where cyber attacks are a persistent, evolving and ever-growing threat, Rusty also leads the continuous improvement across a suite of business continuity solutions; from protecting the mobile user to near instant business recovery.
