COVID-19: ONI customer information & support

Amid the COVID-19 health crisis, ONI remains fully operational and here to help. We wanted to make you aware of the various measures we have taken to ensure we continue to support our valued customers.

ONI already has rigorous business continuity plans in place, these include the technology and capability for all our employees to work from home at any time.

Resilience testing has been performed to ensure we can provide the high levels of support required at this time, assisting customers with remote working and allowing them to continue to operate with minimum disruption.

ONI will continue to observe best practice with respect to the control of COVID-19 as advised by the UK government or other international agencies. We will review and update our advice for customers as the situation develops and/or as new guidance emerges.

We are not experiencing any significant challenges with our supply chain currently, but we will update customers directly if necessary. In addition, sales representatives are contactable and working from home so any meetings can continue either by phone/WebEx.

Please do let us know if we can assist in any way at this challenging time; for example with new or additional WebEx licenses for remote workers, which we can set up for you at no cost to your business.
